Brand Awareness Social Campaigns
Overview
I was tasked with developing a social media campaign to increase brand awareness in a fun and informative way. I worked closely with the Social Team to create a three-part campaign, each with its own unique visual style:
1) Highlight the Camera Recalibration Service: This campaign brought attention to the camera systems in cars, which many drivers are unaware of, and the importance of recalibrating them after a windshield replacement. I used a bold and highly dynamic visual style to grab viewers’ attention.
2) Dispel Common Windshield Myths: This campaign focused on dispelling common myths about windshields, such as the idea that a small crack is no big deal. I used fun illustrations to achieve a friendly look and feel, and we turned the campaign into a small game so viewers test their knowledge against the myths.
3) Building Brand Trust: This campaign highlighted the company’s many happy customers, its many locations, and its commitment to customer satisfaction from the beginning. We used a clean and simple design with some branded graphic elements to enhance the visual interest.
All of the campaign’s posts and stories were animated to add visual interest and enhance engagement. The campaign was distributed on the company’s social media accounts, and we also used paid advertising to target car owners who are interested in auto glass repair or replacement.
